wel is easy .. just do a spherte in cinema 4d then use matrix explode tool
them export your 3d in tga to keep the background in transpareci, then go to photoshop and play with the layers. use some vectorial images and importe them. tray some bleedin options with the layers like drop shadows and glow, then for the particls use painter the FX tool ( fairy dust ) . then go to photoshop and aply some gradients for the back ground , duplicate more 3d elements and do some opacity work. and you must use some compotition too.. is easy!!!!
